Construction Complete on new Specialty Surgery Center

We have recently completed our project in partnership with Orlando Health | South Lake Hospital. The project is just over 29,000 Square Feet and will offer orthopedic, podiatry and pain management procedures. The hospital, which isn’t usually present in surgery centers, will monitor patients postoperatively. The facility features four operating rooms and two procedure rooms, as well as interventional program units. This is another great example of how G3 Development creates value for its partners. The physician group involved, enlisted G3 Development to facilitate between the hospital, architect, engineer, and contractor to deliver a finished project on schedule and without the headaches. G3 Development was also able to secure 100% financing on the deal for the physician group. The hospital and physicians benefitted from our project management, creative financing, and leadership skills.
