Mount Dora
The vision for this project is to create a new, vibrant, walkable neighborhood in the heart of downtown Mount Dora, capitalizing on the proximity to historic shops and restaurants and Lake Dora while minimizing the visibility from the heart of downtown. Our goal is to create a location that will support and improve our current downtown by creating places to live, work, and play.
This project will provide the best and only luxury apartment product and experiences within Mount Dora while exceeding the current parking requirements, adding 50% more parking in order to support the many downtown small businesses and residents. This project will also include two multi-purpose auditoriums totaling 480 seats, over 60,00 square feet of commercial, retail, and office space. Most importantly, this project would add a minimum of 753 downtown parking spaces.
Eustis
Our projects are designed to be extremely successful due to our ability to work as an integrated team, in an open and honest approach. This approach allows everyone access to all information necessary for making decisions that will control cost, ensure quality, and meet scheduling demands. It is because of a proven team of professionals who focus on community, planning, design, financing, construction, operations, and management, we believe the team has a strong bearing on the outcome and success of the project.
G3C2 understands the urgency and importance of this project and the impact it will have on City of Eustis as well as the surrounding community. This is why G3C2 feels, knows, and believes, that it must develop a vision for Eustis and bring it to fruition. G3C2 is proud to submit our qualifications for your consideration and look forward to using it as the basis for our future conversations about how this project can best represent City of Eustis.
Wildwood
The vision for The Railyard is to create a new, vibrant, walkable commercial district in the heart of downtown Wildwood that includes retail and parking in a two-phase project. Capitalizing on the proximity to historic shops, City Hall, and high-traffic areas, we plan to maximize the visibility of this catalytic development as proof of what is to come in the heart of Wildwood.
Our goal is to create a downtown destination that will support and improve the current downtown by creating places for people to gather, work, and appreciate what the City of Wildwood has to offer. The project will include a brand new, state-of-the-art parking facility with 126 parking spaces and a commercial property revitalization of approximately 8,000 square feet.

Potential 4-story parking structure containing up to 415 spaces
Creation of an open air-pedestrian plaza at the corner of Ruby

Sanford
Our a phased approach to this mixed-use development. The Sanford Mixed-Use Parking Solution envisions a 4-story parking structure, containing 423 parking spaces and approximately 43 residential units and 12,000 square feet of retail/commercial space.
